If you really like food, but you want to feel great and look fantastic, this is the plan for you. The 3-2 plan is not a diet. It is an enjoyable eating plan developed out of a need for more energy. The surprising byproduct is weight loss and weight control. And because this plan is not a diet, as long as you remember the 3-2 philosophy and mix it with exercise, you can satisfy your gourmet tastes and never feel denied or hungry again. The 3-2 eating plan is easy to remember and understand. There are three things you can eat: fresh meat (beef, pork, lamb, poultry and fish that is either baked, boiled, broiled or barbecued), green vegetables and fresh fruit. There are two things you can drink: 120 ounces of fresh, clean water each day (not carbonated or flavored) and real, fresh fruit juice (not juice drinks). You will start your day with the “Mack Shake” (named after my instructor, Mack Newton), which will account for 80% of your fruit for the day. Then indulge yourself with as much of the food on the plan as you like. It is not “how much” or “when” you eat. It is “what” you eat!! The fact is, the more you eat, the more you will lose!! The 3-2 Cook Book is available now at Nick’s Pro Fitness! “While working out is definitely an excellent start to getting healthy, it is not enough for most people. What we are eating has a huge impact on our health, fitness and well-being. We need to really take a look at what we are using to fuel our bodies. This is why the 3-2 plan is so important. The 3-2 plan is not a diet, it is an eating plan. It is a way of eating that gives you energy while losing weight at the same time. When people follow the plan, it absolutely works. I hope that this cookbook helps you find the 3-2 plan easy to understand and your best way to lose weight while eating delicious foods and not feeling hungry. You will be so happy with the results.” Pilsung, Nick Kapande Click here to download the 3-2 Food Diary. (PDF File) |
