Trainers
Fran Tadra's workouts are carefully planned to help individuals or groups with success in reaching fitness goals. Fran began offering personal training sessions at this facility in 1990! She includes the newest elements of resistance training, core conditioning, functional training and flexibility into every workout. Variety and technique variations are incorporated to keep programs interesting, break plateaus and help stimulate the body.
Fran plans safe and effective workouts based on your fitness goals, motivates and guides you through your workout, offers nutritional guidance, and provides a means of measurement to track your progress. Fran has experience in working with and around injuries and physical limitations, works with all fitness levels, and appreciates clients who are enthusiastic about their workouts and attaining set goals.
Rich Bell, a strength coach and personal fitness trainer since 1996, focuses on new techniques that ensure fast results, increased stamina and greater strength; methods are determined entirely by each individual's personalized assessment.
Rich's clientele includes professional athletes, weekend warriors, and high school and college athletes. He also works with individuals, whether executives or stay-at-home moms, who want enhanced health and stamina, and to tone and shape their physical appearance.
Mitchell Robertson is originally from South Africa, and is a high school National Champion and college athlete. Mitchell played semi-pro rugby and plans to join the Denver Barbarians next season. Mitchell has one semester left towards his Bachelor of Science in Human Movement from USSA, and he founded the Strider Institute to help athletes improve their performance.

Introduction to Kettlebell Training
Learn how to use Kettlebells, and add another dimension to your workout!
In his Introduction to Kettlebells training, Mitchell will guide you through exercises composed of swings, lifts, and specific movements with a kettlebell. Learn the basics of using kettlebells and a basic workout routine. With kettlebells, you use multiple muscle groups, power, strength and endurance to:
- increase strength
- increase stamina
- increase flexibility
- increase overall muscle tone
- increase cardiovascular health
- lose weight
- focus on power development for sports
Upon request, private or group kettlebell training will include very challenging workouts composed of basic movements, and more complex kettlebell exercises.
