Our massage therapists are hard at work and are getting RAVE REVIEWS. They are the finest therapists in Evergreen. We looked high and low to find the absolute best, and we did it. If you are interested in getting a massage or making an appointment for your sweetheart, just stop by or call the front desk and we can direct you to the appropriate therapist. Toby Crisp, Massage Therapist, is a graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts. He has been practicing and teaching massage in Colorado and abroad since 2000. Toby specializes in sports injury, neuromuscular therapy, chronic pain management, and structural integration. Toby has been in private practice since 2002.
Jessica Dismuke, Esthetician, is a native of Conifer. Jessica is a licensed Esthetician with industry training and experience that began in 2005. Jessica uses the organic Osmosis skin care of corrective products for facials for men, women, and teens. Jessica offers a variety of refreshing esthetic services including facials, waxing, and microdermabrasion.
Bea Green, Massage Therapist, grew up in Texas and lived in North Carolina before enjoying the last 13 years living in the wonderful Evergreen community. Bea is a graduate of the Colorado School of Healing Arts and the University of Houston. As the owner of Live-Life-Relaxed, LLC, Bea provides Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sports and neuromuscular therapy. A life-long competitive volleyball player, Bea understands the stresses placed on an athlete's body. Bea plans to expand her bodywork modalities and offer Thai massage, appreciated by athletes because of its combination of compression and multi-planar dynamic stretching. Bea has provided massage for the DU swim team, the Colorado Ballet, the 9News Health Fair, and the Colorado Society of Wellness and Prevention Conference attendees. Bea finds it very rewarding to help people ease their tension, aches and pains, and she enjoys spending time with family, her EAPL puppies, camping, hiking and kayaking.
Matt Jauregui, Massage Therapist, received his certification in Therapeutic Massage from Heritage College and has been practicing massage since 2002. Matt specializes in deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and auto- and work-related injuries. A native of the California Bay area, Matt experienced the healing properties of massage and chiropractic services after treatment for a broken back got him back on his snowboard. A true outdoorsman, Matt loves hiking, backpacking and traveling, and he built his own beautiful home on St. Mary's Alice.
Sara Schmidt, DC, Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner, began her massage practice in 1993. Sara received certification from the Sun Coast Center for Massage Therapy in Tampa, Florida; her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the Parker College in Dallas, Texas; and her sports chiropractic degree from the Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, Texas. Sara specializes in sports massage and Chiropractic Sports therapy. A runner, hockey player and motorcycle racer, Sara was the 2007 Texas Cross Country Motorcycle Racing Association's Texas State Champion.
Annie Waesche, RMT, CNT, RYT and owner of Body and Soul Health and Wellness, Inc., has provided therapeutic massage services in the Evergreen area since 1999. A graduate of the Delta Medical Institute and the Cottonwood School of Massage, her training in various massage and energetic balancing techniques provides you with an intuitive, integrative massage—a unique nurturing and therapeutic space to unwind and heal. A Reiki II practitioner specializing in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy, Annie believes that relieving chronic discomfort and effectively managing stress through body work, breath work and Yoga allows the body to repair itself to a balanced state. A certified Nia Blue Belt instructor and Yoga instructor, Annie enjoys spending her free time skiing, hiking and enjoying her mountain home in St. Mary's/Alice, Colorado.
