Speed Camp
All ages and skill levels are invited to Mitchell's Speed Camp! Focus on your performance in sports, speed, and overall movement fluidity.
Speed camp will help you improve your:
- speed
- quickness
- change of direction
- kinesthetic awareness
- plyometric ability
- power development
- dynamic flexibility
- sprinting form
Mitchell has trained pre-teens, professional athletes, and all abilities in between. After Mitchell trained Justin Ruggiano, Justin played for the Tampa Bay Rays as a pinch runner in the World Series.
