Sasha is an Evergreen native, life aficionado, and life mentor, fell in love with yoga the first time she stepped on to her mat. After sustaining a life altering accident in 2012, she struggled with daily chronic pain and her desire to still move pain free; while trying to maintain an active lifestyle. Not only did yoga help alleviate her neck and back pain, it included many other life altering benefits, like stress relief and an antidepressant. Becoming a class enthusiast, in 2013, Sasha began her global yoga quest, piecing her practice together through different teachings and guidance retreats. After extensive research, Sasha is now ready to share her gift and love of yoga with others, in hopes of changing other’s life’s the way hers has changed.
